Arizona abortion provisions going into effectPosted: Updated:
Provisions to Arizona law restricting abortions will go into effect after being blocked for two years.
An appeals court ruling clears the way for women to be required to see a doctor in person the day before getting an abortion.
It also requires parental consent forms to be notarized if girls under 18 get an abortion.
And health care workers can refuse to participate in an abortion for moral or religious reasons.
