Indictment in Tucson hot dog extortion case

TUCSON, Ariz. -- The restaurant rival accused of extorting the owner of Guero Canelo has been indicted.

Eduardo Sabori, who runs a hot dog cart, is charged with delivering ransom letters to Daniel Contreras, threatening harm to him and his family if he didn't pay $600,000.

Now Sabori could face up to 20 years in prison if he's found guilty.
