ID in suspicious Tucson deathPosted: Updated:
TUCSON, Ariz. -- The deceased in a suspicious death in midtown Tucson has been identified.
The call came into police as a suicide, but when officers arrived, they thought it was suspicious.
Ignacia Aranda, 17, is dead. She had just moved in with her 19-year-old boyfriend who was there when officers arrived.
They can't rule out foul play yet and they're waiting on an autopsy.
Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call 911 or 88-CRIME.
There is a fund set up for the Aranda family at Wells Fargo to help with funeral costs.
