3 Commit armed robbery, kidnapping at methadone clinic

PHOENIX – Silent Witness is offering a reward to help locate three suspects involved in an armed robbery and kidnapping at a Phoenix methadone clinic.

One suspect is described as a black male, approximately 25 years old, 5 feet 7 inches tall and 145 pounds. He was wearing a white shirt and jeans at the time of the incident. The second suspect is described as a Hispanic male, approximately 24 years old, 5 feet 7 inches tall and 140 pounds. The third suspect is a Hispanic male, approximately 15 years old.

At about 4 a.m. on June 28, the suspects arrived at the clinic at Washington and 15th streets in a green older-model SUV with a brown stripe on the sides.

The second suspect produced a revolver and forced arriving clients and employees to the ground in the parking lot. He demanded their money and other personal property.

A victim who was inside his vehicle was forced to push the suspects' vehicle to a Circle K at 16th and Washington streets. The first suspect obtained gasoline for the vehicle and drove away.

Police released surveillance photos of that suspect inside the convenience store.

Police said there were nine victims.
