Police try to ID suspect in sports bar burglary

GLENDALE, Ariz. – Glendale police detectives are asking for the public's help to identify a suspect involved in a burglary at a sports bar over the weekend.

At approximately 5:30 a.m. Sunday, officers responded to a burglary at Max's Sports Bar near Glendale and 47th avenues.

According to police, the suspect forced entry through the front doors and removed property.

Police have released surveillance video of the suspect, who is believed to be a Glendale resident.

The suspect is described as a black male with a medium build and short hair. He looks to be in his 30s. He was wearing baggy jeans or shorts, a sleeveless black shirt and white shoes at the time of the burglary.
