Egg Frittata

Ingredients:
1-Quart Eggbeaters
½ Cup Sliced Black Olives
½ Cup Cherry Tomatoes-Split
½-Cup Healthy Choice Grillers
½ -Cup Sliced Apples
½ -Cup Cooked Cubed Potatoes

Procedure:
Spray Bottom of pan with Vegeline, sauté apple, grillers, tomatoes, potatoes and black olives for approximately 2 -3 minutes, once the vegetables have become soft, add eggbeaters and continue to cook for another 2 – 3 minutes, sprinkle with shredded cheese, until firm.

Healthy Omelets

Ingredients:
1-Quart Eggbeaters
1-Package Healthy Choice Grillers
1-Cup Cooked Broccoli
½-cup Shredded Cheese

Procedure:
Spray Bottom of pan with Vegeline, add eggbeaters, approximately 2 – 3 minutes, and then add healthy choice grillers, cheese and Broccoli
Fold omelets in have, serve with Whole Wheat Toast

Sunrise Egg Sandwich

Ingredients:
1-Quart Eggbeaters
½ Cup Cream Cheese
½ Canteloupe-Sliced
½- Pineapple Sliced
8-Snap Peas
½ -Cup Soy Sausage

Procedure:
Spray Bottom of pan with Vegeline, add eggbeaters,  and sausage cook approximately four minutes, or until firm, while cooking eggs, toast bread, and cut into circles, spread with cream cheese, once eggs are cooked, layer on toast, arrange pineapple, and cantaloupe, & snap peas on plate in form of a sunrise
