Time-lapse video of latest Phoenix dust storm

PHOENIX -- Photographer Bryan Snider captured some amazing time-lapse video of Sunday night's storm as a wall of dust rolled over Sky Harbor International Airport.

Intense thunderstorms rolled through the metro Phoenix area overnight, spawning at least one microburst that took down five or six power poles along 27th Avenue between Van Buren and Lincoln streets, leaving about 1,300 customers without power Monday morning.

This is the third major dust storm to hit the Phoenix area in as many weeks.  Dust storms are not unusual in Arizona during the annual Monsoon season, however, experts say the size and frequency of this year's storms has been greater than most.
