Pima County fireworks ban liftedPosted: Updated:
TUCSON, Ariz. -- It may be nearly a month since the Fourth of July, but Pima County's fireworks ban just lifted.
The board of supervisors banned the use of fireworks because of the dry conditions and threat of fire at the time.
Certain fireworks became legal to buy in Arizona this year.
The use of personal fireworks is still illegal in Tucson and other incorporated areas of Pima County.
