SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -- The Dailey Method was created 10 years ago by Jill Dailey of Californa shortly after she graduated from college. It is a hard-core group exercise routine that combines techniques of ballet and barre.
There are several success stories that have come out of this type of exercise, including a woman who lost more than 100 pounds and has now opened up a “The Dailey Method” chain in the Desert Ridge area.
Linda Nofer is the owner and operator of The Dailey Method in Scottsdale near Indian Bend Road. She said, unlike any other workout regimes, the classes will start to transform your body in about a month.
The Dailey Method has been featured in multiple national publications, and has been featured on countless television shows. Nofer says The Dailey Method is guaranteed to reshape your body and will not only get you in shape, but will give you the best body you can have.
She says there have been a lot of yogis who have tried the classes and have never gone back to yoga.
She says getting through the first few classes may be difficult, but if you focus and push through, you will be addicted.
