PHOENIX - A man who pleaded guilty to a list of charges involving sexual conduct with a minor was sentenced in court Friday.

David Robert Morris, 45, was sentenced to 30 years flat time and lifetime probation for two counts of attempted sexual exploitation of a minor, molestation of a child and sexual conduct with a minor.

Morris pleaded guilty to the charges in May.

Chandler police arrested Morris in October 2010 and initially charged him with 10 counts of sexual exploitation and seven counts of sexual conduct with a minor.

Chandler police said an investigation determined Morris was allegedly molesting children and making porn videos with them in his home located in the 3800 block of West Acapulco Lane in Phoenix.

He was accused of molesting two girls, ages 3 and 5, along with videotaping the crimes.

Police were tipped off to Morris' crimes when the Computer Crimes Unit of the Chandler Police Department received information that Morris was allegedly peddling child pornography.
