TUCSON, Ariz. -- Sheriff's deputies have arrested a 20-year-old man for pointing a bright green laser at their aircraft.   Several commercial planes were targeted by a green laser Tuesday near Ryan Airfield.

When deputies were targeted last night in the same area, they used their infrared video camera to hone in on the beam's origin.

Patrol units found the laser, and charged Alama Jeffs with two counts of endangerment.

It's unclear if Jeffs was behind the earlier incidents involving passenger planes, but the FBI is now investigating.
