Three Burgers Three Ways

All American

1lb. 80-20 ground chuck
½ lb. cooked bacon
½ cup red onion (fine dice)
½ lb. sliced mushroom (sautéed)
¼ cup tomato (seeded)
1tsp.-granulated garlic
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Procedure
1. Combine all of the above in a bowl and mix well.
2. Form into 4oz. patties and cook to your desired taste.
3. You can top the burger with cheese and enjoy.

Mediterranean

1 lb. 80-20 ground chuck
1 Tbsp. chopped mint
¼ cup green onion (diced)
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. granulated garlic
¼ cup chopped calamata olives
¼ cup roasted red bell peppers
2 tsp. mo’rockin spice
1 tsp. olive oil

Procedure
1. Combine all of the above in a bowl and mix well.
2. Form into 4oz. patties and grill.
4. Top with feta cheese.

N’awlins Burger

1 lb. 80-20 ground chuck
1-cup andouille sausage (diced)
½ cup diced, cooked shrimp
2 tsp. Tabasco
½ cup caramelized onions
1 tsp. Gumbo file spice
Salt and pepper to taste.

Procedure
1. Combine all of the above in a bowl and mix well.
2. Form into 4oz. patties and grill.
