Police looking for second suspect in fatal robbery

PHOENIX - One man is dead and one of the suspects is still outstanding after robbery turned into a homicide early Friday morning.

According to police the deceased victim, Carlos Donovan Terry, 30, and another victim got into a verbal altercation in the parking lot of an apartment complex near 16th Street and Thomas Road with a woman.

She went to her apartment and told the two suspects to go to the parking lot to rob the two victims.

During the robbery Terry was stabbed and later died of his injuries at a local hospital.

Daniel Charles Goehring, 25, was arrested later in the day at the apartment complex. He is facing one count of first degree murder and one count armed robbery.

The second suspect is still outstanding. He is described as a black male, braided hair, 5 feet, 7 inches, 180 pounds with a dark complexion and last seen wearing a gray t-shirt and dark shorts.
