The Miracle Ball Method for Pregnancy

Posted: Updated:

PHOENIX -- If you have back pain, Elaine Petrone says two squishy little balls can help.

Petrone developed the Miracle Ball Method to relieve pain and reduce stress based on her own experience with chronic pain.

She says this non-exercise method can help relieve back pain, shoulder and neck tension, disc problems, arthritis, fatigue, carpal tunnel syndrome, TMJ, restless leg syndrome, migraine headaches, anxiety attacks and sleeplessness.

Her newest book, "The Miracle Ball Method Pregnancy," caught the eye of 3TV's own mama-to-be, Kaley O'Kelley.

She and Petrone talked through of the basic concepts and O'Kelley gave the balls a try. Even in the course of a short TV segment, she said she could feel them working.

The key is getting the body's own alignment system to work properly.

Petrone will be appearing at Changing Hands Bookstore for a demo, talk, Q&A, and book signing at 7 p.m. Changing Hands is located at 6428 S. McClintock Drive, Tempe. For more information, visit
