TUCSON, Ariz. -- Pima County sheriff Clarence Dupnik gave more insight into the reasons for not releasing more information on the SWAT raid that ended with a former marine being killed.

Dupnik told the Arizona Daily Star the raid was part of a 20-month drug and murder investigation and if too much info comes out, the informant helping them could get killed.

Guerena was hit 22 times from 71 shots fired by the SWAT team and his widow claims he was an innocent man.
