Mild Memorial DayPosted: Updated:
PHOENIX -- Mother Nature delivers a treat to Arizonans this Memorial Day, with mild temperatures and lots of sunshine!
A dry cold front pushed through the state Sunday, bringing wind gusts of up to 65 mph in the high country.
Today, as that system moves further away, winds are expected to be much weaker, but temperatures will top out 10 to 15 degrees below normal! For the high country, that means afternoon highs in the 60s and 70s, with Valley temperatures peaking near 87 today.
Look for a big temperature jump tomorrow as we get back into the 90s.
