TUCSON, Ariz. -- School just got out for the summer but story time was just getting under way for some elementary school kids at the U of A Sunday.

Stories that Soar is a production that brings children's stories to life on stage.

Sunday the cast selected and performed the best stories of the school year written by kids from across Tucson.

"It's a way for them to have fun writing in ways they often dont inside the classroom," said Jeannie Taylor.

The troop performed dozens of stories during two shows.

TUCSON, Ariz. -- On the west side, people danced their hearts out Sunday at a Zumbathon.

The event raises awareness and money, to help fight ovarian cancer.

More than 200 people attended the dance at the most holy trinity hall church.  Among them, at least 10 ovarian cancer survivors.

Organizers hope to teach people how to detect the disease early.

"Learn about ovarian cancer, learn at least one thing, that maybe a Pap smear does not detect ovarian cancer," said Cancer Survivor & Zumba Instructor Ivette Babuca.
