Pima must release e-mailsPosted: Updated:
TUCSON, Ariz.-- A judge ruled Pima Community College must release more than 250 emails written about Jared Loughner, the man charged in the January mass shooting in Tucson.
The college intended to keep them private.
The Arizona Republic sued over the emails, claiming they could help the public decide if the college did its job dealing with Loughner after run-ins with campus police.
The college will not challenge the decision and could release the emails later this week.
