Two suspects crash truck through Tolleson Kmart

TOLLESON, Ariz. - Tolleson police are looking for two suspects who burglarized a Kmart store, stealing thousands of dollars in jewelry.

On Tuesday around 1:30 a.m., two suspects stole approximately $40,000 worth of jewelry from the Kmart at 87th Avenue and Van Buren Street.

The two suspects broke into the store by ramming a full-sized pickup truck through the front doors. Once inside, they walked over and took some jewelry cases.

After burglarizing the store, the suspects got back in the truck, drove into a nearby neighborhood and abandoned the vehicle.

A records check on the truck showed it was stolen from Scottsdale approximately four days ago.

The Tolleson Police Department is asking anyone with any information about this burglary to call 623-936-7186 and ask to be transferred to the Criminal Investigations Bureau.
