TUCSON, Ariz. -- Sad news from Tucson's broadcast community.
John Ruby, the longtime general manger of KVOA television has died at age 73.
Ruby moved to the Old Pueblo from Chicago in the 1970's and became involved with the Tucson Conquistadors and other service organizations.
He retired ten years ago. He's survived by his wife, Lou, and three children.
