Phoenix police have few details in weekend homicide

PHOENIX - Phoenix police have little to go on in their investigation of a homicide that occurred early Saturday morning.

Phoenix police are asking for the public's help in locating any people who were involved the homicide of a 30-year-old Hispanic male.

Just after 2 a.m. Saturday, the victim was found murdered inside his apartment near Roosevelt Street and 40th Avenue.

Investigators have not released the manner of death or any other information about the victim.

Anyone who may have information about the homicide is asked to call the Phoenix Police Department's Violent Crimes Bureau at 602-262-6141 and to report a tip anonymously, call Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS or 480-TESTIGO for Spanish.
