TUCSON, Ariz. -- The Forest Service reports the Greaterville fire, located in the Santa Rita mountains northwest of Patagonia has grown to 2,000 acres.

No buildings are threatened, but its just 5% contained.  Firefighters are using air tankers and helicopters to help fight it as the terrain is very steep.

And despite strong winds, firefighters prevented the Bull fire on both sides of the U.S.-Mexico border from growing.

It's now 9,700 acres large and 89% contained.  Two firefighters were hurt last week fighting it.  Smoke on the Arizona side of the fire has decreased.
