SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -- A 38-year-old man was arrested for aggravated assault and robbery following an argument near McDowell and Miller roads in Scottsdale Tuesday afternoon.

Several men were arguing near The Wedge Skate Park at Eldorado Park shortly after 3 p.m. when the 48-year-old victim fell to the ground, according to Officer David Pubins with the Scottsdale Police Department.

While the victim was on the ground, Bryan Graham punched and kicked him in the head then fled with his wallet and phone, Pubins said.

Officers found Graham riding a bike in the area and took him into custody.

The victim was transported to Scottsdale Healthcare-Osborn Medical Center with facial fractures.

After further investigation it has been determined that Bryan Hachey, 40, is also a suspect in the incident.

Hachey is a transient and any information regarding his location can be called in to police at 480-312-5000 or Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS.
