Grilled Kabobs

Chicken Kabobs
1 ½ Pounds-Cubed Chicken Breasts
1-Tablespoon Oregano
2-Limes, Juiced
¼ Cup-Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to Taste

Procedure:

Toss above ingredients in a bowl, refrigerate for two hours prior to grilling


Beef Kabobs
1 ½ pounds of Cubed Beef
1-Tablespoon Mo’ Rockin Spice
2-Teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
2-Tablespoons Chopped Garlic
¼ Cup Olive Oil
1-Teaspoons Coffee Grounds
Salt & Pepper to Taste

Procedure:

Mix above ingredients refrigerate for 2 hours prior to grilling


Diver Scallops Kabob
8-Medium Size Diver Scallop
3-Tablespoons Lemon Juice
2-Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Mint
2-Tablespoons Garlic  chopped
¼ Cup Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to Taste

Procedure:

Mix all above ingredient refrigerate & marinate for 2 hours prior to grilling
