Honor bands in Tucson to help heal

TUCSON, Ariz. -- A man affected by the Virginia Tech shootings is in Tucson now, hoping to help people heal.

Dentis Shaw brought with him these honor bands to remember victims of violence.

His wife's funeral was held the same day of the Virginia Tech massacre and he helped the school and himself heal after that day.

He's here now to spread that message.

"Words cant even begin to describe how awesome it's been.  And to be able to leave 21,000 of these honor bands here, and this is just the beginning," said Shaw.

Shaw will spoke to students at Santa Rita High School Tuesday morning.
