Investigation results into alleged MCSO misconduct releasedPosted: Updated:
PHOENIX – Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio spent four hours Wednesday in a meeting with Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu about the results of an investigation into high-ranking MCSO staff.
Following misconduct allegations against MCSO Chief Deputy David Hendershott, Capt. Joel Fox, and Deputy Larry Black, Arpaio sent the investigation to Pinal County to avoid a conflict of interest.
Hendershott, Fox, and Black were placed on administrative leave.
After a seven-month investigation, Sheriff Babeu delivered a 1,000 page report to Arpaio's office.
Neither sheriff would comment on it but sources tell 3TV Babeu recommends all three men be fired.
