TUCSON, Ariz. -- World War II veterans living in Tucson displayed what they've done for their country.

It was the annual POW Day celebrated nationally around the country and at the VA hospital in Tucson.

Ex-POW's showed off some of their military honors and shared stories of their capture during World War 2.

"We're here to explain the sacrifices and remind the public of the sacrifices we made in World War II," said Lew Sleeper.

The exhibit was open to the public.  Most of those who attended Monday were former and current military.
