Arrest in 2001 killing of Tucson teenPosted: Updated:
TUCSON, Ariz. -- The suspect in the 2001 killing of a Tucson teen who we've featured on Southern Arizona's most wanted is back in the Old Pueblo to face charges.
Max Montijo Lamadrid was captured in Mexico. He's accused of shooting 16-year-old Tanee Natividad in the head outside a fast food restaurant, then hiding across the border.
Montijo has said in interviews he was trying to shoot someone who had killed his friend, and mistakenly shot Natividad.
