PHOENIX -- Get ready for mostly cloudy skies today. The winds are also going to kick up a bit as the day goes on.
A pair of storm systems will be making their way through Arizona, one right after the other, over the next few days.
We are keeping a slight chance of showers in the forecast today with a high topping out 84 degrees. The best chance of rain is this afternoon through this evening.
Some areas in the southeastern portion of the state would see winds up to 40 mph.
As the work week winds down, we'll be on the lookout for a colder storm set to hit Arizona just in time for the weekend.
Plan on a high of 83 Thursday, followed by a big 15-degree drop to 67 on Friday.
Be prepared for breezy to windy weather and a high – yes, a high -- in the low 60s with chances of Valley rain by Saturday.
Things should clear out by Sunday. We’re looking a sunny day with a high of a gorgeous 74 degrees.
By the time Monday rolls around, we should be back up to the low 80s, which is just about average for this time of year.
