PHOENIX – The daughter of a Maricopa County supervisor has been re-arrested on felony charges involving minors.
Rachel Brock was arrested Friday, according to the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office.
Rachel was first arrested in December for allegedly having a sexual relationship with a boy who was 15 years old at the time and is now 17 years old.
Her mother, Susan Brock, is in jail for her alleged sexual involvement with the same teenager.
Rachel was initially booked in December on three counts of sexual conduct with a minor and one count of offering obscene material to a minor.
Supervisor Fulton Brock issued a statement through his spokesperson that says, in part, “The heartbreak continues. I have learned my daughter has been re-arrested. My goal was always to lead my family in living a life of doing right and following God’s laws. The accusations about my daughter and her mother these past months have been heartbreaking and disappointing.”
Rachel faces an additional count of obscene material furnished to minors.
