Tucson man arrested for child porn; Tucson woman convicted of murder; Animals removed from property

TUCSON, Ariz. -- A Tucson man was arrested on sex-crime charges.

Jeffery Johnson, 41, faces 15 counts after police say they found 1200 sexually explicit images and videos of children on his computer.

They used search warrant on his east side home to get his computer. Police ask with information on this case to call 88-CRIME.

TUCSON, Ariz. -- It'll be 10 to 22 years in prison for a Tucson woman convicted of second degree murder in the death of her neighbor's boyfriend.

Ilene Ybave dodged a first degree murder conviction.  Prosecutors say Ybave shot 29-year-old Israel Fierro last June after a fight in the house.

Fierro claims she shot in self defense.  She'll find out her sentence in May.

ST. JOHNS, Ariz. -- Hundreds of dogs and cats were removed from a property near Saint Johns in eastern Arizona. 

Apache County deputies arrested three people after finding more than 200 dogs living in vans, trailers, and pens on the 40 acre property.

An 80-year-old woman who lives there reportedly fled Colorado following a similar incident there.
