Southern Arizona's Most Wanted - Chick-fil-A murderPosted: Updated:
TUCSON, Ariz. -- The Tucson Police Department is asking for help locating a suspect in a deadly shooting at a Chick-fil-A in northwest Tucson.
Tucson police are looking into whether the business dealings of a man killed at a Chick-Fil-A Thursday morning might have made someone want to kill him. A man shot and killed Thomas Piazza at the Chick-Fil-A on Oracle, across from Tucson Mall. The man escaped on a bicycle. A man who also escaped on a bicycle shot and wounded Piazza in an incident three years ago. Arizona Attorney General Terry Goddard sued Piazza in a civil fraud and racketeering case. Another element makes the case even more unusual, someone shot Piazza three years ago and that attacker also rode away on a bike.
