TEMPE, Ariz. – A man accused of exposing himself to a woman was arrested by police in Tempe.

Tiberias Foster, 25, was taken into custody by police Tuesday afternoon for alleged sexual indecency after officers say he exposed himself to an employee at the Tempe City Library in February.

Police say he ran from officers on three separate occasions. He was placed under arrest for an outstanding felony warrant near Broadway Road and Stapley Drive.

A K9 officer tracked Foster down who was reportedly trying to hide in bushes. Officers released the police dog that then bit the suspect until he complied with officers’ commands.

Foster is also accused of committing sexual indecency at an apartment complex in the 1500 block of E. Southern Road.

He was taken to Tempe City Jail where he faces charge of public sexual indecency and indecent exposure.
