PHOENIX – Spring break is here for students all over the Valley, which means many kids will be home for the next several days.
Lisa Robins, the fitness director at the Valley of the Sun Jewish Community Center, stopped by 3TV with her daughter to show April Warnecke and Gina Maravilla some ways you can keep your kids not only busy during the school break, but active as well.
The best part is you can get in your workout and spend quality time with the kids at the same time.
The idea is to make exercise fun. The key, Robins said, is to keep the kids involved by giving them an active role in each exercise.
