Pet of the Day - Tate

#689470 - 2 Years Old - Shepherd Mix - Male
Charming Mr. Tate was originally found exactly one year ago roaming the streets of Douglas and brought to the nearest shelter by a concerned Police Officer.  From there, Tate was transferred to the Humane Society of Southern Arizona in hopes that he could secure a brighter future by finding the love of his life here in the Old Pueblo.  Tate eventually found a wonderful home, but due to unforeseen circumstances and human health issues, Tate was brought back to the HSSA once again.  The second time Tate was adopted he was returned when the landlord later decided that Shepherds we no longer welcome.  And Tate was such a good tenant!  Poor Tate now needs another chance at a forever home.  Fun-loving and affectionate, Tate can’t wait to bring joy to someone’s life once again.  Although he gets along great with children and other dogs, Tate finds cats just a little too tempting and would do best in a feline-free home.  Fully housetrained, crate-trained, and exceptionally well-mannered, Tate should adjust easily into just about any family.  If Tate has stolen your heart, as he has ours, please ask to meet this special boy today at the HSSA!
