Tucson woman sentenced for meth chipsPosted: Updated:
TUCSON, Ariz. -- A Tucson woman has been sentenced for possession of methamphetamine. Officers found the drugs in a bag of barbecue flavored chips!
On friday, 28-year-old Vanessa Concepcion Gaxiola was given eighteen months probation.
Pima County prosecutors say she pleaded no contest to having a dangerous drug for sale.
Gaxiola's arrest came after a Department of Public Safety officer pulled over a car in October 2009 on I-10. She was a passenger.
The meth had a street value of nearly $10,000. The case against the car's driver, Enrique Orozco, is pending.
