Breakfast pizzas (brizzas) at Scramble

PHOENIX -- If you're looking for a unique breakfast, you might consider one of Scramble's breakfast pizzas, aka "brizzas."

Cameron Froment from Scramble showed Scott Pasmore how they're made, and man, did they look (and smell) great!

Pizza Ingredients:
Pizza dough, 9-inch round
2 Tbsp. chipotle hollandaise (recipe below)
1/4 cup chorizo (cooked)
1 egg
2 Tbsp. red pepper, diced
2 Tbsp. green pepper, diced
1/4 cup jack cheese
3 Tbsp. jalapeño cream cheese (recipe below)

Cooking Instructions:
Place uncooked pizza dough on plate. Scramble one egg until almost done but still a bit runny. Spoon chipotle hollandaise on dough. Add scrambled egg on top of pizza dough. Evenly top egg with chorizo, red pepper and green pepper. Cover all ingredients with jack cheese. Place pizza in oven at 400 degrees for 6-8 minutes. Remove and cut your Brizza into 6 pieces. Drizzle jalapeño cream cheese mixture on top.

Jalapeño Cream Cheese Ingredients:
1 block of 8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup sliced jalapeños

Cooking Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in blender until smooth.

Chipotle Hollandaise Ingredients:
2 Tbsp. Knor Hollandaise (dry)
1/2 pound butter
1 cup milk
1 Tbsp. lime juice
2 Tbsp. chipotle puree
1/4 cup heavy cream

Cooking Instructions:
Melt butter in sauce pan over medium heat. Whip in Knor Hollandaise mix until completely smooth. Add lime and chipotle puree; stir until smooth. Add milk and bring to a boil stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
