Tucson shooting victim autopsies sealedPosted: Updated:
TUCSON, Ariz. -- A judge has agreed to seal the autopsies of the victims of the mass shooting in Tucson.
Federal prosecutors asked to bar the release of autopsy results for the six people killed in the shooting because it could make it harder for Jared Loughner to receive a fair trial.
Since the defense did not object, the judge granted the request.
Pima County's medical examiner and his staff are also barred from talking about the case.
