Steak Over Bleu Cheese Caesar Salad

Steak Marinade
Ingredients:
3-Tablespoons Olive Oil
2-Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
1-Teaspoon Granulated Garlic
Salt & Pepper

Procedure:
Whisk first three items together, and rub generously on steaks
Salt & Pepper to Taste

Caesar Dressing with Bleu Cheese
Ingredients:
2 Egg Yokes
3 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
2 Tablespoons Garlic
1 Teaspoons Shallot
3 Ounces Anchovies
2 Ounces Red Wine Vinegar
1 Dash Balsamic Vinegar
2 cups Olive Oil
1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1/4 Cup Bleu Cheese
¼ Cup Black, Green & Kalamata Olives - Chopped & Set Aside

Procedure:
Blend remaining ingredients except olive oil & Bleu Cheese, slowly drizzle oil while blending to above, once completed, fold bleu cheese into dressing.  After salad, is dressed, sprinkle chopped olives on top.
