1 Dead, another injured in shooting after fight at Phoenix party

PHOENIX – One man is dead and another is injured following a shooting in Phoenix.

Phoenix police say a fight broke out at a party in the 3000 block of Maryland Road just after 2 a.m. on Saturday.

Gunfire erupted and an 18-year-old and a 28-year-old man were stuck. They were both taken to the hospital with gunshot wounds where one of the victims died.

The other shooting victim is expected to survive. It is still unclear which victim survived his injuries.

Three suspects described as Hispanic men between the ages of 15 to 25 years old reportedly fled on foot.
