Tucson auto dealer honored for donationPosted: Updated:
TUCSON, Ariz. -- Tucson auto dealer Jim Click was honored Thursday for his generosity.
The United Way of Tucson and Southern Arizona presented Click with a plaque of appreciation.
Jim Click and Holmes Tuttle automotive teams raised $162,000 dollars for the United Way in the last campaign year.
"The great patners that we have in the community that helps us to be able to do the great work that we're able to do in Tucson and Southern Arizona. It's very important for us to recognize that," said Tony Penn from the United Way of Tucson and Southern Arizona.
"I know the money that I give to the United Way is going to be well spent. I know that not a lot it's going to be wasted in overhead. So, I just think its a very very efficient way for people to give back to our community," said Jim Click.
Click also loans an executive each year to help employee campaigns throughout the country.
