The U.S. Marshal's office is asking for help locating  Baha'eddin (bah-HAH-eh-DEEN) al Momani.

He is wanted in Illinois.  He was found guilty in absentia to criminal sexual assault to a female that could not respond.  On 10/31/10 he met a 19-year-old female and took her back to his storage unit and proceed to sexually assault the victim who was passed out at the time.

DNA evidence confirmed that al Momani was the sole offender.  He was released after he posted bond and surrendered his passport.  He has not been seen since November 2010.  On 1/13/10 al Momani was found guilty of the crime and could face up to 20 years in prison.  He has been seen in the Tucson area, and marshals believe that he still might be here.

Reports out of Illinois say al Momani may not actually know he faces a sentence of six to 30 years in prison for his crime.

He is a 34-year-old male, 5'6" and 140 pounds.
