Arizona AG proposes marijuana tax.

Arizona's attorney general wants the state to make money off medical marijuana.

Voters approved the use of medical marijuana last November.  Now Attorney General Tom Horne wants the state to impose a tax on the drug, to help Arizona close the budget gap.

"I did a rough estimate based on a report in the denver post and apply that to the Arizona population it would bring in about $40 million per year," said Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne.

Horne says he'll make the recommendation for the tax to the Department of Revenue.
