Surveillance video may shed light on triple homicide at Salt River

PHOENIX -- Phoenix police are still searching for clues in a triple homicide and they've released a surveillance video that may shed some light on the investigation.

On Jan. 6, Adrian Moreno, 38, went to the Salt River bottom to test-drive his Jeep Wrangler, along with two friends, Raul Piziarro, 28, and Jimmy Alejandro Villa, 23.

The Jeep was located the next day near 107th and Southern avenues and later the bodies of the three men were found with obvious signs of trauma.

Investigators have few leads and are seeking the public's help to identify the suspect or suspects responsible for the men's deaths.

On Monday, investigators released video obtained from an APS camera near the site of the crime.

The video shows the red Jeep Wrangler being followed closely by a dark-colored (possibly green) SUV. Approximately a minute later, an additional vehicle, believed to be a black Chevy Suburban, is seen following the Jeep.

Investigators are trying to track down the drivers of the two vehicles. Police said they may have information related to the crime.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Phoenix Police Department or Silent Witness.
