TUCSON, Ariz. -- A group of students from Ironwood Ridge High school are doing their part to help the families from the tragedy on January 8.

The student government at the school came up with the idea to sell the white bracelets for a dollar to raise money for the victims fund. The victims fund helps the families with various bills they may have.

"They say remember 1-8-11 and we choose white because it represents courage and I think it's really important just to remember that day and to get across to everybody that anything can happen," said Ironwood Ridge High Senior Julia Weinberg.

You can purchase the bracelets at Ironwood High School or on Saturday they will be on sale at grocery stores around Tucson.
