Gluten-Free Vegan Blueberry Waffles

Ingredients:
3 ½ cup quinoa flour
2 tbsp baking powder
2 tbsp turbinado
1 tsp salt
¾ cup gelled chia seed
2 ½ cup coconut milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
4 pints of fresh blueberries, rinsed and stemmed.

Instructions:
Place the wet ingredients in a bowl stir to combine. In a separate bowl combine the dry ingredients and mix to combine. Add the wet to the dry and stir well with the whip. Add the blueberries. Stir.
 
Vanilla Agave syrup
Ingredients:
1 c agave nectar
1/2 vanilla bean, split

Instructions:
Split bean in half lengthwise.  Add to agave and stir to combine.  Refrigerate.
