SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -- After asking for the public's help to identify two suspects who stole a woman's purse and used her credit card, the Scottsdale Police Department arrested one of them.

Police said a 21-year-old Tucson woman left her purse inside a Chevy pickup truck when she went inside Devil's Martini near Indian School Road and Goldwater Boulevard around midnight on Nov. 1. When she returned to the truck at 2 a.m., her purse was missing.

Within a short period of time, the victim's credit card was used multiple times and the ATM at 44th Street and Thomas Road in Phoenix was accessed. Police released a surveillance photo of the suspects using the ATM.

Silent Witness and police received tips identifying Jennifer Villegas, 27, and Fernando "Noel" Rocha as the suspects.

Officers arrested Villegas at her Phoenix home on Jan. 14, but Rocha is still at large.
