PHOENIX -- A small airplane skidded off the runway at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport Sunday afternoon.

According to Ian Gregor, a spokesman for the Federal Aviation Administration, the Piper Malibu’s right main landing gear collapsed.

Five people were aboard. None of them was hurt.

The little plane came in from Boeing Field/King County International Airport in Seattle.

The FAA and NTSB will be looking into the accident.

An airport spokeswoman said the plane was off to the side of the runway so it did not cause any delays at the airport.
