TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) -- A personnel makeover could be coming for the Arizona Cardinals after the team followed two NFC West titles with a last-place finish in the worst division in the NFL.

Coach Ken Whisenhunt says changes should be expected after a 5-11 finish.

Anything the Cardinals do involving free agents will have to wait until the league resolves its collective bargaining situation.

Whisenhunt says he will address the quarterback situation, possibly by bringing in a veteran, although he was pleased with what he saw from rookie John Skelton.

Whisenhunt says one thing he learned is not to base playing time on what a player did in past seasons. He says that was the message when he met with them Monday morning.

He also plans to meet with each player individually.
