PHOENIX -- Phoenix police officers arrested a 44-year-old man after he reportedly admitted downloading and distributing child pornography.

Police accessed the IP address for a computer at a home near Union Hills Drive and 21st Avenue and discovered images depicting the sexual exploitation of minors.

Officers served a search warrant at the home Tuesday morning.

According to court paperwork, Kurtis Lee Bruce lives at the home with his parents. Bruce was interviewed and reportedly admitted to searching for and downloading child porn for years.

Bruce reportedly downloaded the images to an external thumb drive then went to a friend's home to view them.

The court documents show that Bruce also admitted to downloading the images to CDs and distributing them to contacts he has.

Police said the images depicted girls under 15 years old.

Bruce faces 10 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor. His bond was set at $75,000.

He was ordered to have no contact with anyone under 18 and no computer access.
